How the free trial works

    You fill in the form

    Your company name, your name, your email and a password. Phone is optional.

  2. 2

    Your workspace is created on the spot

    A separate database for your business, GST and QST tax codes, and a starter chart of accounts that keeps taxes payable and taxes recoverable apart.

    You install and sign in

    You install the software on Windows and sign in with the key shown on screen, your email and your password. On first launch, a setup assistant asks for your business profile: NEQ, GST and QST numbers, address. That is what will appear on your invoices and quotes.

    You have 30 days, everything is open

    All 94 modules of the Enterprise license, with no user limit. The end date is shown when you sign up and written in your welcome email.

    You continue, or not

    To continue, you pick a plan, from $29 to $249 a month: that is the only point where payment comes up. Your trial then becomes your subscription: same workspace, same data, nothing to re-enter. A plan smaller than the trial closes the modules it doesn't include, without erasing what you entered in them, and any of them can come back à la carte for $24.99 a month. If you don't continue, your access closes on its own on day 30: no card on file, so no charge.

Example: what it costs afterwards

You have employees and want Quebec payroll: that's the Pro plan, at $99 a month. Paid monthly: 12 × $99 = $1,188 a year. Paid yearly: 2 months free, so 10 × $99 = $990. Run the numbers for your own plan on the Pricing page.

What's included

  • ✓ Everything the paid plans contain: accounting, invoicing, Quebec payroll, CRM, projects, BI, and the rest.
  • ✓ The industry modules too, such as restaurant (floor plan, orders by table), salon and spa (appointments, commissions), daycare (attendance, annual slip), medical clinic (visits, RAMQ or private revenue). They are in no other plan: the trial is the right time to see them.
  • ✓ The software only: moving your data over and custom setup are not part of the trial.
